Rain...rain

Sunday's don't like me 😢 I got caught in the rain today (24/06/12) in the place near my SAT prep classes...without an umbrella!!!!! So friggen frustrated *pout* why is the weather so mean???

Have you ever worked really hard on a project...thought up of many ideas and written down/designed over half of them and taken the teachers help as little as possible-and then when it's time to start on the final....have almost none of of yours and all of the teachers ideas chosen????

Honestly, that hasn't happened to me but it happened to a friend of mine. I saw and (occasionally) helped out a friend come up with multiple designs for her Art project and saw how she rarely called the teacher yet yesterday when it came time to choose the final project, the teacher selected all the work she did and none of my friends hard work made it through. Naturally she was frustrated.

With all the effort she had put it into it...none of it would be seen in the final. Quel dommage T.T!

On a plus side...the band that I follow is having an album release 1st July and are now releasing teaser photos (me= x.x) so have an awesome day (since I know I won't

I AM SO TIRED!!!!! Adults decided to torture kids which is why schools were created gah!!! So tired =.=

Race against the clock

I have exactly 4 minutes to type today up do here goes:

First woke up -it was wayyy to early for a Saturday so I went back to bed

Woke up a 2nd time
Realised I was late, hurried and got ready ate some breakfast and then got into the car went to my SAT prep class

Sat in SAT prep class for two hours and learned maths *yawn*

Came home had lunch and then slept, read, watched k-pop videos and listens to SuJu music (they are my all time favourites)

Went to a wedding reception knew very little people there and was the poster child or boredom for the first half.

Then people I knew came/became free so I was no longer bored and had a blast...to the point that I am now dead beat ^^


Last but not least...it is 12:00 here so...

Word Vomit

Something of semi-interest since I haven't updated since Monday (I was too drowsy to make sense anyway)

Q1.What do you do when your 'friends' are being an arse (sounds much better than ass)?

Answer: you simply pretend they don't exist and feign exhaustion or that you have music blasting in your ears.

Honestly, I'm do tired this week that I've been going to sleep around 7-8 everyday and then waking up at random times through out the night. Not fun at all!!!

Right about now, my life seems really boring *sigh* what to do?

I'd spice it up, but I think I've had enough excitement for the week with the accident and all :(

There is something coming up this weekend however, a wedding reception and a "friend's" birthday party....wonder which I will attend?

Until then, I have school to attend with basketball today as well as a movie (watching it in school makes it so much more fun) so until tonight...

I was banged up in an.....

Accident there I said/typed it. I was on my way home from classes no stops everywhere (oh what a good girl am I) when the auto-rickshaw I was going in topples and takes me with it. I'm not fractured or anything but I'm bruised an scratched up. And kinda drifting in and out yesterday.

And today (11th June) was compete bed-rest so I couldn't do much. I got yelled at for typing this even now.

Short sweet and simple is all I've got time for. Enjoy the night/day :) I'm about to sleep ^^

Sleep

I didn't update yesterday...sorry >< but I have a really REALLY good reason. I fell asleep. I know what you people are thinking, 'how can falling asleep make her not update?' The response is simple. Yesterday, I fell asleep around 7 o'clock in the evening and didn't wake up until now (3:04). So you're going to have to excuse me for my lack of update.

On a brighter note, anyone play in the rain that hit two days ago? It was raining so nicely ^.^ which makes me wonder...what is nice rain???

I've heard people say that rain is really nice when they are inside a building, but the same rain becomes horrible when they have to step outside as well. So what qualifies as nice rain?

And on an even weirder note....I'm hungry, and craving for chocolate. Sadly, there isn't chocolate at home :( maybe I should go and buy...but then again who would have shops open now? So sad, so true. <---Line from Tom&Jerry the movie ^^

Random thought.....

I don't think I've ever mentioned this before...but music is a huge part of my life. Music, to me shows not only how you feel inside but it's also a really good way to relieve stress. The same way some people like walking...or dancing...or painting, I listen-and occasionally sing along- to the music on my phone.

Now, the music on my phone is...uncommon and best and outlandish at worst. Simple reason being that I don't listen to a lot of English music...I like Korean, Japanese and Chinese (preferred in that order).

This makes me weird to most of my class/school mates and an oddball to my parents (I would say family, but I manages to convert my little sister and a couple cousins into fans). However, I occasionally find a nice person, willing to listen to me ramble on. Even more rarely, I find people who like the music.

The meeting from the other post is about this group itself who like k-music/dramas and whatnots^^.

The main point of this post ( lost somewhere between paragraph 1 and now), was to warn you about the way I type/talk. My speech often has other languages peppered into it. Sometimes( most often) Korean, at times Japanese or Spanish. Even French might be present.

So if ever, a word seems unclear or weird, post a comment and I'll tell you the meaning ^^

On a completely different note, did anyone catch the traveling Venus yesterday? It was beautiful but no pictures sadly 😢

People never seen

Have you ever met people for the first time and then left an hour or two later feeling like you've known each other your whole life?

I experienced that feeling in May, when my vacation was going on. The only difference being I had talked to some of the people online through FaceBook.

The group I'm in is for people who like Korean music (which I am a fan off) and meet once or twice a month at different places. This time the meet was far away from my place and I had to hitch a ride to get there, but I attended it.

When I reached the place, I was apprehensive. I mean, sure I talked to to them occasionally online but a face-to-face meeting is different. However, when I did find them at the food court of the mall, I realised the feeling was completely irrational.

It was as though the group of us picked up where our online conversations dropped off. We talked, teased, laughed and had fun as thigh we'd known each other ages and not minutes.

And the best part of it was, they asked me about things other than the music and honestly, that's the first time since the move that I've felt completely at ease.

Sure, I have friends at school (no matter how limited in number) but at school, my guard is constantly up. Who knows what my classmates and a couple other close-minded people there are planning for me?

So feeling safe and happy, for the first time since my move in 2009 (with people outside my family) is something I really loved ^^. And the best part, from now on the meetings are at a closer place and more frequently. I'm glad since that's the only place I'll get to meet my new friends^^.

Weekend: What to do?

The whole week, you anticipate the weekend...you dread Mondays, feel upset about tuesdays, feel chipper on Wednesday, almost there on Thursday, TGIF it's Friday....but honestly, what's the big rush?

No school? Giant perk...but when you have no fun plans, then the weekend can be just as boring. So people plan stuff, invite friends the whole enchilada.

So a girl in my class did too. She'd recently moved and therefore invited the whole class for a lunch at her new house and a movie. Most of the class said 'yes' and so , I did too. It was Friday and I was coming back home-anticipating the weekend...and my warm n cozy bed- when a girl from my class (lives in the same building) tells me that the Sunday plans been cancelled. I was upset but whatever...went home told my parents and they filled up my weekend with things like Family movies and what not (still fun but you know)

So weekend passes by with a PTM- nothing to say other than Thank you teachers for the awesome comments ^^b. I go back to school on monday wondering what's going to happen since they tweaked the school timings, and what do you think my class is talking about? The Sunday lunch and movie!!!! Apparently it did happen and some of the boys on class were wondering why I didn't show up!

Petty fights are fine and girls do have fights. But seriously, in a class of 12, holding grudges and ostracising is kind of weird especially because it can ruin the person it's happening to. Unfortunately for my class, I am me...and I don't think I'm going to break that easy ^^

Catching up

Like I'd last updated....I missed basically two months of blogging...for a very good reason promise ^^

Reason 1- school
It started in Feb and school enjoys killing me...I had soo much to do that I didn't even think of using my net until the end of April...but my tests started on the last week of April and therefore, the fact I had time didn't help much :/

Reason 2- vacation
My vacation started after the papers (I hear church bells and a heavenly choir ^+^). Unfortunately, as soon as my vacation started I was on a flight or my Grandma's birthday which was...coincidentally that weekend. I came back on Tuesday, took a deep breath, opened my laptop....AND THERE WASN'T ANY INTERNET!!!!! I typed up a couple one-shots and some parts of my longer stories for my website...but no use couldn't post shit ;(
So instead of wasting my time staring at my computer screen, I decide to head out and re-paint my room a DIY ^^ so I did exactly that. I painted a mural on my wall and went out met new people....talked to others and met a couple people I hadn't met but talked to a lot over the net.

Reason 3- school re-opened
School started (our vacation was exactly 20 days) and our teachers started to bring out the heavy artillery..homework and work load increased and as if that's not bad enough, I had to ditch on Wednesday, thursday and Friday to attend a celebration in my grandfather's place . So more school is missed, I come back and am basically slogging T.T

But daily updates from now on ^^ I'll tell you about a weekend fiasco but not now because once again, it is late and my parents are gonna be in to check on me any minute so I bid you adieu for now ^^
